Thousands of abandoned dogs wander around our
our Country, sick, starving and abused.
Have a heart Honorable Governor, Mayors, Senators, and help the organizations and volunteers that are working without any resources. This issue may seem unimportant, but the image of Puerto Rico is stained and ugly with the fact that we don't care about our animals. Remember the famous visit of Cesar Millian? Remember what he said about stray dogs in our Preciosa Island. This is shameful.
Where is your sensibility?
Tourism Secretary... this horrible situation is hurting the Eco-Tourism trade, and other diverse targets that your marketing efforts are trying to attract. Millions of dollars in media and creative production are spent to show this destination of beautiful beaches and dying dogs, cats and abandoned horses.
Nobody wants to see poor animals suffering while they are on vacation. Imagine, the sad memories! I just moved from California and I am ready to fight for them.
