SAVE A TREE: allow citizens to refuse junk mail/advertisement in their mailboxes; they cost the Post Office, increase pollution!
Why is this important?
Most people I know do not open the junk mail and advertisement they get in thei mail: in Europe citizens can affix a sticker to their mailbox will will prevent junk mail and advertisement to clutter their mail boxes and increase pollution and deforestration. Junkmail also costs the USPS since they pay less than first class mail!
