Save Dimond Park Trees

We ask that the comment deadline for the tree removal permits be extended for six months, to allow an authentic opportunity for real public input on the issues and impacts to this beloved public space.
We also ask that a thorough Environmental Impact Report addressing the specific impacts of this proposed project on Dimond Park, the watershed, and the community be done and made publicly available.

Why is this important?

79 healthy trees in Dimond Park, including many mature redwoods, have been tagged for removal by the city of Oakland. Please help save these trees.
