Tried since 2008 to get Countrywide and Bank of America to work with me to modify my mortgage. My husband suddenly passed away April 17, 2010. I notified the bank and resubmitted paperwork for the modification. I made modified payments until Sept 2010 when they refused my payment. I hired Kramer and Kaslow attorney whom took $4000 and turned out to be a fraud.
Now Bank of America has foreclosed, I went to Congresswoman Linda Sanchez for help, her aide was told the bank was communicating with Wilson, whom is my dead husband. We need to stop this fraud against homeowners. Please help me save my home.
