We ask the County to find a way to prevent the overflow of waste into the Long Island Sound every time it rains. Our beaches are beautiful and precious to myself and my family and it's unacceptable they are constantly being closed when there is an identifiable and fixable issue.
If the problem is not addressed in the very near future all our beaches will be closed permanently and we need you to take action NOW to prevent this tragic scenario.
