We need to immediately ban the sale of automatic and semi-automatic handguns and rifles to other than law enforcement agencies and ban the ownership of such weapons by all except law enforcement agencies. The time has come to put the safety of our children first and cease genuflecting to the gun lobby and their political enablers!
Why is this important?
The gun lobby cares more about access to weapons of mass murder than the lives of our children. It's time we amended the Constitution and put in place a nationwide ban on access to and ownership of the weapons of mass murder that have put our children in constant mortal danger.
