No more high volume sales of ammunition (i.e. greater than 3 rounds). Personal protection and hunting ammunition should be limited to 3 rounds per person. To get more rounds you need to return the spent shell casings. If you are a good shot, you should only need one bullet to kill whatever you want.

Recent events, such as the mass killing of innocent children in Newton, CT and elsewhere, indicate we need to control murder by firearms. Since we cannot control the guns, let's control the ammunition. Let's get the most restrictive ammunition legislation in world started. If you are a good shot, you only need one, maybe two bullets to kill a deer or squirrel.
