Stop the downgrading of the American peoples first class mail. Stop forcing the Postal Service to make the pre-funding payment which is slowly bankrupting them.
Why is this important?
The Postal Service is trying to merge many Postal Plants and degrade our customers service. They also want to downgrade our first class mail and change the standards.
