Stop the removal of the trees along the 101 right of way, and replace the ones already removed!
Why is this important?
Caltrans has begun removing the trees along the 101 right of way, down Kansas St., and it has increased the noise significantly. The trees are the only protection this side of Potrero Hill has from the freeway sites/sounds/dirt/grime/etc. Caltrans should stop removing trees and replace the ones we've lost with some sort of sound/sight barrier.
