Save our parks buy pitching in with individual funding. Our proposal is to have a fee based park system. On the Pennsylvania income tax form, have an option to purchase a yearly state park pass. If people choose not to purchase the yearly pass, there would be a day use fee to enter the park, as in may other states. If you are low income (which would be evident on your income tax form) there would be no fee for this pass. If you love our Pennsylvania State parks and want to preserve them, please let our legislators know that we are willing to pitch in!
Why is this important?
