The Baldwin County Commission or any private individual shall be prohibited from blocking vehicular access to any public access leading to the waters of the state of Alabama.
Why is this important?
Zundel's Road going to Mobile Bay in Point Clear, AL was blocked with a fence by the County Commission on April 24, 2018. My husband and I tore down the fence and deposited it in the Commissioner's office. We have stopped the Commission four times before but they continue to ignore the Alabama Supreme Court decision in (McPhillips v. Brodbeck) of 1971 that states you cannot block vehicular access on Zundel's Road.
