Help make the laws of SC stricter to keep animals from freezing or starving at the hands of those who do not take care of them.
We also need a task force to tackle dog fighting and baiting.
Put all these offenders in jail for animals abuse and put their names on an animal abuse registry so they cannot be allowed to have any more.

Why is this important?
I cannot stand by and watch animals die in the freezing cold or starve to death because they have been abandoned. This is very common in SC and it's time to put a stop to it.
