We owe it to this generation and future generations to maintain social programs such as SSI instead of funding programs in foreign countries that include countries that support or sponsor terrorists. We must take care of our citizens first and foremost. We spend money on foreign interests like there's no tomorrow but we cut our own countries social programs. We demand our government to put this countries citizens first before we shell out billions to peoples that could care less of our social responsibility.
Why is this important?
We have no problem funding foreign countries while we keep stealing from our own social programs. We need to fund SSI to insure our elderly have a reasonable means to live.
