Why is this important?
KY is low on the list on animal welfare. The abuse is a serious issue. It is up to us to let the government know that life is important and the risk of animal cruelty leading to the risk of these same people harming people is possible. No animal should endure physical, emotional, or psychological abuse and it has to stop.
