In a House Subcommittee on Federal Lands meeting, California Congressman Tom McClintock (R) said wild horses are overpopulated and eating up all the grass that could be used to support more cattle.
He is suggesting the slaughter of these beautiful animals. There has to be another solution, a sanctuary. This is reprehensible.
Why is this important?
This breaks my heart and should affect every caring person on earth that these beautiful horses are in the crosshairs of hamburger-loving legislators.
