Allow ‘Amplified Music’ at Twisted Rail Canandaigua as all other City Businesses are afforded.
Why is this important?
The Canandaigua Lakefront District is a tourist center and brings valuable tax dollars to the area. Our business has operated with live music since it moved to the district in 2016. All we are asking for is the same status quo that other area businesses are afforded within the constraints of the law and local ordinances. We need the city to amend our lease to allow ‘amplified music’ so we can continue to offer residents and visitors a unique lakefront experience.
