I urge and will support an effort in the house and senate to call on the U. S. Postal Service to increase Bulk mail rates while stopping rate increases for first class mail.
Why is this important?
First class mail rate increases on a service whose usage is declining make no sense. Increasing the revenue gained from bulk mail delivery will help the Postal Service remain solvent (and keep its retirement obligations to its employees).
