We oppose the housing development proposed by ABD Wantage, Inc., that would destroy and disrupt natural forest and freshwater wetlands in Wantage, New Jersey.
Why is this important?
Freshwater wetlands are critical in purifying water, providing wildlife habitats, preventing flooding, erosion, and storm damage, and reversing the effects of global warming. ABD Wantage, Inc., has proposed building a housing development throughout an area of beautiful native forest and wetlands in Wantage, NJ. They have already been seen violating the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act and are up for a renewal of their wetlands permit and building approval by the town of Wantage.
