Saving Homes
Negotiate in good faith with homeowners. Stop taking advantage of homeowners. Help Homeowners stay and keep their homes.
Why is this important?
My request for a loan modification was categorically rejected. I was told by Wells Fargo home mortgage that my mortgage could not be modify to a lower payment due to the fact that my income was from unemployment benefit and therefore not qualify for a modification. Now that I am employed, the Bank
is offering a modification which doubles my trial payment to $1761, an increase of $825 monthly, adding a monthly $350 increase to my original mortgage payment. To make
matters worst, in this day of lowest interest rate ever, they're keeping my interest rate at 6% variable.
