Ask Congress for authority to keep present staffing levels of USPS workers if ALL workers take 7% Pay cut, and freeze wages and benefits for 5 years.
Why is this important?
Unemployment is too high in US.
I'm a former United Parcel Service Teamster who thinks this action, though drastic, is manageable for all involved....It's a decent compromise for these Quasi-Public workers.
