Get rid of junk mail. It is only a subsidy to the advertising agencies.
Advantages to doing this are decreased work load for the postal employees and less annoying mail in the mail box. We should have, at least, the option of refusing delivery and returning to sender. They should pay full 1st class rate or more.
Why is this important?
I am just annoyed at having my mail box filled up with crap I don’t want.
