SC has no Grandparents rights. For those children that get fussed at all day long and never get to do anything fun and make memories except when the Grandparents have them, that makes all the difference in their lives. SC Needs Grandparents right if they can show proof that they have a great established relationship with their grandchildren.
Why is this important?
It's not fair when the Grandparents have a great relationship with a Grandchild then their parents won't allow them to see you for spiteful reason. My Grandson even told me his dad was mean to him and he wanted to live with me, I don't even get to see him.
