SC Restrictive Cell Phone Use While Driving Law

It is time for the governor and the state legislature to put forth a bill that would restrict cell phone use while driving. Time after time people on the interstate in SC are distracted driving by texting and or talking on the phone. Such measure should include hands free cell phone use while driving. Their also should be an exception (ex driver at a complete stop). Hopefully the state comes to a conclusion to put forth such a bill

Why is this important?

Everyday that I'm driving on the road I have to avoid those who choose to be distracted while driving and that needs to change. Drivers need to be more courteous to others on the road
