Reduce the inventory of excess guns from circulation by buying them with funds voluntarily donated for the purpose of scrapping them.
Why is this important?
There is an obvious surfeit of guns in America.I propose the formation of an organization funded by donations to buy and recycle excess inventory found at pawn stores, gun shows, and from private parties.
