In the absence of a legal remedy by the US Constitution to recall Representatives by the people, I call upon my elected Representative to bring forth a resolution to the House Ethics Committee, entitled by Article I, Section 5 of the United States Constitution on the immediate expulsion of John Boehner for negligence of duties in failing to present a clean CR (Continuing Resolution) for floor vote. This failure to submit the CR for vote has created unnecessary harm to the credibility of the U.S., negatively affected the Credit Standing, Military, Markets and local businesses, and has caused the fair use of public lands to be restricted or impeded.

Methane, the primary ingredient of natural gas, is a dangerous greenhouse gas 86 times more potent than carbon dioxide in causing climate change. Every year, oil and gas companies knowingly waste enough natural gas through leaks, venting, and flaring to meet the heating and cooking needs of over 5 million American homes. Join us in calling on the Bureau of Land Management to require that oil and gas companies reduce the methane released into our atmosphere. Recapturing methane on our public lands would be a triple win for our economy, our environment, and the health of our communities.

$1 of Investment Income can be taxed as high as 15% whereas Wage Income can be taxed as high as 36%. This 21% difference represents a significantly greater level of Discretionary Freedom for the Investor compared with the Wage Earner and a leading factor in the drastic, unequal distribution of wealth in the US, where the top 5%(mostly investor class) have 72% of the financial wealth. This unequal distribution is also an economic statement that says $1 of Investment Income has a greater benefit to society than $1 of Wage Income. I counter this false assumption with my MoveOn petition, $1 = $1.

Calling for: 1. Statewide higher fines for any owner who violates leash laws. 2. Iincreased awareness of dangers of dog bites and the potential for fatalities to the public at large. 3. Mandatory high and secure fencing for all pit bull owners. 4. Mandatory licensing/registration of all pit bulls (and for that documentation to be submitted from the owners to all neighbors living within a mile of pit bull's residence and beforehand for anyone who may ever visit/enter that residence.) 5. Statewide minimum charges for those who own a pit bull that undully attacks any person.

FSUSD has a responsibility to the students to take sexual abuse accusations seriously and to adhere to their code of conduct, policies, and guidelines. Release the amount of previously reported sexual abuse statements you’ve received in the last 5 years. What actions were taken when the reports were made? Were the students expelled? The public has a right to know that the FSUSD is abiding by their own guidelines. Let the public know how many sexual abuse cases were reported and if those students were expelled. If they weren’t expelled, you’re allowing sexual abuse to continue and failed to adhere to your own rules.

The University must 1. Ban ALL evictions in university housing except the rare, urgent case in which the tenant is alleged to be seriously endangering others; and 2. Relieve ALL tenants of University housing of their rent, without a requirement to repay it; and 3. Use the numerous current vacancies in the university housing to provide free housing for homeless and housing insecure students; and 4. Explicitly apply these policies to graduate student and family housing; and 5. Maintain these policies through AT LEAST 90 days following the conclusion of the local state of emergency (until the resumption of in-person classes in the case of #3).

Lying under oath, also known as perjury, is a felony which carries with it a possible sentence of 5 years in prison. This is clearly outlined in U.S. Code 1621 of Title 18 which says: in any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury as permitted under section 1746 of title 28, United States Code, willfully subscribes as true any material matter which he does not believe to be true, is guilty of perjury and shall, except as otherwise expressly provided by law, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

We propose the following changes via amendment to the U.S. Constitution: 1. Only people – not corporations, PACs, unions, etc. - can donate to a political candidate’s campaign. 2. Individuals can donate only to politicians who represent their district. 3. Donations per term to a political campaign may not exceed an amount equal to one week’s salary of a minimum wage earner. 4. This donation limit applies to candidates’ contributions to their own campaigns. 5. No political advertising by any entity may mention specific candidates’ names, except those by a competing political campaign.

Flag football across the United’s states is giving girls the opportunity to earn scholarships. It’s giving girls confidence, along with helping them mentally & physically. It’s allowing girls to seek scholarships to earn money to pay for school. Young girls from ages 5 years old to high school and college are playing the game and it’s more than a sport. It’s a HUGE sisterhood around the country where its bringing people together. It will even be an Olympic sport in 2028. We believe it would do some good here in New Mexico. It gives kids opportunities to keep them out of trouble. 

Congress must amend Section 4 of the Voting Rights Act in light of all the repressive state laws being passed to limit voting rights since Section 4 was struck down by the Roberts Court. Declare racist voter suppression laws unconstitutional by amending Section 4 of the Voting Rights Act. Strengthen voter rights; the time is now!
