We keep getting shown how empty it is, but it’s glaringly obvious that all of the lights and advertisements are a tremendous waste. Use this opportunity to conserve energy since there’s nobody to advertise to anyway.

Allow tattoo shops to tattoo 1 client per artist while practicing safe a sanitary condition. Masks, gloves and countless other PPE is already in use in these shops.

Every night, New Yorkers are cheering wildly to thank the people who are stocking shelves in our grocery stores, delivering food and supplies, driving people to work and appointments, and caring for sick New Yorkers in our hospitals and nursing homes. The NYC City Council has the chance to make sure these workers are recognized with more than applause. An NYC Essential Workers Bill of Rights would ensure they have the pay, sick leave, dignity, and workplace protections they so deeply deserve. NYC's Essential Workers Bill of Rights will ensure that these frontline workers are able to take paid sick leave, are protected against unfair firings, especially when they speak out about safety conditions, and are compensated for the risk and sacrifice they are undertaking for our collective benefit. The NYC City Council should move quickly to pass the Essential Workers Bill of Rights.

We would like to hold Concordia College NY accountable for the coronavirus policies put in place by administration largely including but not limited to The COVID-19 remote learning, move out policy, and insufficient housing refunds.

As a member of the Elections Committee, you will be voting soon on S60, to subject limited liability companies to the same contribution limit as corporations. The NYS Board of Elections failed to close the loophole. It is now the responsibility of the Legislature to act. It's up to you to correct the Board of Election’s mistake and fix the law. The undersigned urge you to vote to pass S60 out of committee and to the floor of the Senate for a vote.

The President of the US, no matter what your politics, is due respect of his office. News reporters need to use the Presidents' title when reporting stories that mention him.

Give everyone take homes, at least on Sundays if not more. Limit the chances of getting and spreading the virus. Give all people take homes. On Sundays at any given time there are 50 to 70 people at the clinic. They decided to break the rules and give some people take homes without earning them, but not everyone. By doing this I feel like they are putting some people's health and safety ahead of others. Other clinics are giving everyone two weeks of take homes while New Directions at 832 North Park Rd., Wyoming, PA is making people come every day. Schools and businesses are closed; the least they can do is give people one day off. It should be more, but at least Sunday. I also want to all that it's not just is at risk but out kids parents anyone who lives with us or we come in contact with.

I want the Mayor to announce that NYC will hold a ticker-tape parade down Broadway on September 11, 2021 to honor the essential workers and first responders who served and continue to serve during the Pandemic. The essential workers and first responders who served on 9/11/2001 should also be honored as part of this event. I also want them to offer the role of Grand Marshal of the parade to Dr. Anthony Fauci.

It has become increasingly evident that many media organizations have been providing biased and unfair coverage that portrays Trump in a positive light, regardless of his controversial behavior on the campaign trail.  Both traditional media outlets and smaller, independent news outlets have consistently downplayed or ignored Trump's egregious actions, allowing him to manipulate the narrative and present himself as a favorable, passable candidate and fit to run the country as POTUS. It's unacceptable, and more importantly it's dangerous. News media outlets have to hold Trump accountable. And report exactly what he's saying, and actually debunk and lay it out clearly for the American people. Will you sign the petition to support facts in media reports to Trump and his comments accurately, grounded in context with the reality of his presidency?
