Instead of defense for my door being kicked in in the middle of the night and shot at point blank with no knock by officer Frank Gorham or Gorman, he uses both names, Neal Duffett took it upon himself to lie to judges and DA a fluff story of my having mental retardation to stop an investigation into the mis-use of deadly force by officer Frank Gorham of the Portland Maine police Dept. Since it is open record that I proved to the State of Maine that I have no mental defect and I am by law allowed to arm myself against unknown people breaking into my home in the middle of the night. in a town where landlady's have no police protection I implore the U.S. Justice Dept to fully investigate this lawyer who commited a federal crime of lying about his, court appointed client, to allow three police officers who weren't at scene of crime get away with telling ridiculous fairy tale to all judges about shooting they were never at. A seven hour time difference was stated by three police who lied about shooting they were never at. The names of lying police officers are Will Crawford, Cong Van Nguyen and Mike Shausachuck. Shooting took place on 12/13/2005 10:35 PM Police who were not there got away with lying on stand that shooting took place at 4 PM. Since a whole neighborhood heard shots fired after 10:30 PM in Portland Maine that night plus a back up call after shooting is still on log this is not to hard to crack by a real defense. Original case was dismissed. I had PR bail but was never let out of county jailI collected on insurance after being robbed by Patti Grassi and Lakisha Green when I was in jail for being shot at by officer Frank Gorham. Portland police whited out Patti Grassi's name from police report so she still sports my dead mother jewelery from Isreal. I am afflicted with lupus and fibromialgia and was a legal gun owner defending my life from violent, above the law, tenants who were being evicted who were threatening my life with a baseball bat and threats of a gun.

Kids with autism should be able to enjoy Disney Parks like everyone else. The proposed new system is not at all helpful to our kids. This makes Disney out of reach for families like ours.
