It is very inconsiderate of Dana Perino to suggest that female victims of violence make poor decisions that result in their being violated. In hindsight, everyone could have made a better decision at some point in their lives. That does not absolve perpetrators of violence the legal responsibility and accountability for their actions, and by the same token, it does not make the victim guilty of self inflicted violence. Every one should make better decisions, not only female victims of violence. Dana Perino should apologize for suggesting that female victims of violence should "make better decisions.".

As New York state taxpayers, we won't stand for our tax dollars subsidizing the fast-food industry's $7.35 billion profits when that money should be going to our schools, parks, and other vital state services. We demand you call for an investigation into the cost of the fast-food industry's low wages and hold these corporations accountable for their cost to our state.

Asking for denial of early parole for Dr. William Lewek who was convicted of hiding the body of Matthew J. Straton in a shallow grave in his backyard for 2 1/2 months. Lewek was convicted of tampering with evidence, which in New York state is a 1 1/3 - 4 year sentence. After not even 12 months, Dr. Lewek is already up for parole.
