Since our government doesn't protect our environment - It is Time for the Public to sue the Oil, Gas, & Nuclear Energy Industries for neglect of our environment & for the Suppression of New Advanced Technologies. The money claimed will be used to fund New Technologies that lack funding. We no longer need the use of oil, gas, or nuclear energy and they have known it and continue to pollute our environment.

A new round of budgeting is underway. Because of the last sequester, social programs took major cuts. We need to tell our New York Senators to stand up for us: keep Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid programs off the table. The Social Security Trust Fund has no impact on the federal budget. We look to you to protect the neediest Americans.

It will require that state contractors have policies to stop destruction of tropical and boreal forests and ensure the protection of fundamental Indigenous rights. Please champion this bill - you can be the transformative change we need to craft a just and sustainable world.

President Trump is “anti-democratic,” “reckless,” and unstable -- according to new anonymous allegations by a senior official in the Trump administration published in the New York Times. The piece also claims that unelected officials are in effect secretly running the nation to mitigate potential damage by Trump. This kind of “shadow presidency” would be a serious threat to our democracy -- and Congress must investigate them now.

Justice for Lamar!  Lamar Taylor was a business owner, family man and most importantly, a man of God. Converting his life to God, Lamar made strides to change his life from his troubled past, helping others and servicing his community. Lamar hasn’t had any issues with the law for 15 years! Creating job opportunities for the desiring and even felons in need of guidance and employment opportunities, amidst of serving delicious soul food. Residing in Colorado Springs, customers from all over Colorado supported “The Union”s Catering business. However, in defending the life of his loved ones, employees and himself he was sentenced to double life with an additional 16 years with no chance of probation.  Lamar had 12 witnesses who could testify in his favor and not 1 was called to the stand in his defense. Lamar isn’t asking for further representation and/or donations of any sort. All he is asking for is a fair trial. Allow his witnesses to speak on his behalf and on the misbehavior(s) of the supposed victims. Allow the evidence to be fully disclosed. The acts of harassment, breach of contract and extortion are notable “misbehaviors” that will uncover if witnesses testify.  We believe a formal petition will give Lamar a fighting chance during his appeal process. God has a plan for Lamar. Double life defending his loved ones is not God’s plan. We will be heard. Justice for Lamar!
