Hello, on February 18, 2026, our mother was detained by ICE at her work site. This has been very unexpected and heartbreaking. She is a mother of three and our main provider. She is a hard working women, and very caring of others. She is currently in Adelanto miles away from her loved ones. We. are creating this to help us bring her home and fight her case out side of the detention center. Es madre de tres hijos y nuestro principal sostén. Es una mujer trabajadora y muy cariñosa con los demás. Actualmente se encuentra en Adelanto, lejos de sus seres queridos. Estamos creando esto para ayudarnos a traerla a casa y defender su caso fuera del centro de detención. Gracias por su apoyo y compasión.

Shall Missouri Law be amended to: • Increase incrementally the total amount of renewable energy produced from sources such as wind turbines, solar, and hydropower that investor-owned electric utilities are required to purchase, generate, or otherwise acquire to at least 25% of their total retail sales by 2026, and limit rate increases to retail customers for compliance with this standard; • Require such renewable energy either be produced by an electric utility for Missouri retail customers or generated by such customers; and • Provide for solar energy incentives for retail customers and additional duties for the Office of Public Counsel?

The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) has a 1-1/2 mile, three-level structure, built in the 1940s, on which the world-famous Brooklyn Heights Promenade is perched. The highway's “triple cantilever " must be rebuilt urgently; its deterioration is accelerating. If reconstruction is not completed by 2026, 16,000 trucks a day will have to be re-routed onto local streets. The State Legislature must pass legislation authorizing the City of New York to use a Design-Build approach to reconstruct the BQE, which will save both time and money.

When New START expires on February 5, 2026, the U.S. and Russia, the world's two biggest nuclear powers, will no longer be bound by treaty limits or inspection requirements that have helped prevent nuclear arms racing for decades. We already know this path leads to global devastation, but it’s not too late to change course. That’s why I urge you to publicly support U.S.-Russia negotiations to maintain, at a minimum, New START limits and verification measures, and to oppose a resumption of U.S. explosive nuclear testing.

But as the Trump administration becomes more and more hostile to immigrants and the LGBTQ+ community, travelers and athletes alike will be at the whims of a dangerous and lawless government. Sign the petition telling FIFA and Olympics leadership to reconsider the U.S. as a host country in light of Trump's increasingly restrictive travel policies and escalating anti-immigrant attacks that have impacted tourists, travelers, lawful residents, and U.S. citizens.

An Amazon warehouse worker tragically died on the job in Troutdale, Oregon ,on April 6, 2026. According to local investigative reporting, the worker collapsed at the PDX9 warehouse — and Amazon employees were ordered to continue working while the man lay on the floor of the fulfillment center. "Just turn around and not look. Let's get back to work," said a manager, according to reports.  This is outrageous, unacceptable behavior from Amazon. And it's the latest stain on the mega-corporation's poor workplace safety record. Amazon's corporate greed puts profits ahead of worker safety.

As more and more streaming services are requiring users to pay a higher fee to avoid watching commercials, subscribers are being inundated with ads that are often blaring at volumes much higher than what they’re watching. And these advertisers are paying billions of dollars to get placements on streaming services. Demand state electeds pass commonsense legislation that prioritizes everyday Americans over corporations and their advertisers! 

The Department of Education has removed architecture from the list of federally recognized professional degrees, limiting graduate loan eligibility starting July 1, 2026. Architecture is a licensed, regulated profession required for public safety—and students must complete a NAAB-accredited program to become architects. We urge the Department of Education and Congress to restore architecture’s professional-degree status to protect access to education, licensure, and the future of the profession.  We support the goals of the OBBBA but ask for amendments so architecture students and other design-related majors are not unfairly excluded from federal aid and professional advancement. 

In December, More Perfect Union reported that NFL stadiums will use grass for the 2026 FIFA World Cup games hosted in football stadiums. And the truth is, they’re using taxpayer dollars to pay for it, only to return to using turf after the games are over. Football players are 28% more likely to suffer lower body injuries on turf than on grass, but billionaire owners of NFL teams refuse to listen, putting players in danger. Enough is enough! We must come together to stop this corporate greed. Will you sign the petition demanding that all NFL teams use grass, not turf, to protect their players?

Congress must assert its constitutional authority and stop Trump’s disastrous and illegal campaign targeting Venezuela. I urge you to pass war powers resolutions immediately.
