A Call To Fellow Vietnam & Veterans Of Other ConflictsThe Joint Chiefs of Staff The Pentagon Washington, DC Gentlemen: It is with great sadness and angst that we, the undersigned Vietnam veterans and veterans of subsequent conflicts feel compelled to ask that you refuse the President’s demand for a “military parade” to rival the French Bastille Day Parade. Such a parade to aggrandize himself is an affront to all of us who served in theater and especially to our brothers and sisters we left behind and who have passed since from their wounds to body, mind or soul. To pander to the megalomania of a draft dodger is an insult of the highest order. Further, as parents and grandparents of men and woman now serving, we are further enraged at the CIC’s contempt to Gold Star families. To hold such a spectacle is not to honor those who have served nor those who do; rather, it is the act of a tin-pot banana republic narcissist stroking his own ego. Indulging his fantasies dishonors our service. We, who took the oath, served to preserve and protect the Constitution of the Republic, not to aggrandize would be warriors. With deep respect for your service, leadership, and adherence to a moral code of conduct: Daniel B. Demand Banking RightsBankers have been able to buy our legislators for the purpose of making their crimes legal, including treason. Now it’s time to confront those legislators, using the power of millions of angry citizens to demand these banking changes immediately. Sign this petition to demand the changes. Every signature adds power to the demands. If you think the demands are extreme, bear in mind that: 1. What’s really extreme is a man-made worldwide Recession and the human tragedy that has resulted. 2. We need to ask for more than they’re willing to grant, unless the American people start protesting to prove they mean business. 3. Bankers don’t want new mortgages for the same reason they’ve succeeded in emptying so many houses. They want renters because they’re more vulnerable and easier to control. So, if you ever want to get a mortgage in the future, you’d better start to work for that now, instead of expecting a free ride on the backs of those who protest, etc. Demands: That lending institutions: 1. must issue new mortgage loans based on the current value of homes and businesses, with banks taking the losses. 2. can’t charge more than 3% for new mortgage loans or refinances (commercial loans 5%). 3. must offer 40 year loans, and 30-year commercial loans. 4. can’t use credit scores or bankruptcy information, since their fraud is responsible for the damage to credit histories. 5. can’t charge more than $1000 for loan fees. 6. can’t ask for a down payment exceeding 5% of the purchase price. 7. must use either a straight line or simple interest schedule. (owners pay 3x more for their homes in interest). 8. must pay for their own mortgage insurance. 9. can’t charge late fees exceeding $100 per month. 10. must not be allowed to foreclose until the owners are six months behind in mortgage payments. 11. must return all homes foreclosed on since 2007 to the previous owners* since the banking scam was premeditated fraud and treason, in the condition they were in when foreclosed on. (*Unless previously fully compensated for their losses.) 12 must be prohibited from investing in the stock market or any speculation. 13.may not charge more than 8% for any kind of loan, including credit cards, and that must apply to all businesses and individuals. Remember, there is no power greater than the people, and the banks do fear that we will join together against a common enemy within.. They may have the money and power, but we have greater power in the numbers that can bring them down. The American people have failed to give their children a decent future for 100 years. The Fed (Rothschilds’ Federal Reserve Corp. stockholders), the greatest banking scam, was created in 1913. Instead, parents have chosen to be lazy and ignorant, which is why their children keep getting slaughtered for corporate profits. Parents need to stop acting like overgrown children and take responsibility for where their tax dollars go. It’s time parents acted like responsible citizens by signing petitions; protesting against the Fed; and moving their money to small banks, state banks, and credit unions. Twelve Steps to End Political DysfunctionThe Twelve Steps Corporations are not people, greed is not good, money is not speech, rights are for all, and justice is a moral imperative. We offer these Twelve Steps to Stop the Stupid Now, cleave corrupting money from politics & Rebuild the Great American Middle Class! 1. End Corporate Personhood: Pass and Ratify the 28th Amendment to end this corrosive legal fiction of Citizens United/SCOTUS decision that grants human rights to a lifeless legal entity, on the basis that money is speech, with no evidence of corrupting influence in politics. 2. Guarantee Voting Rights: Enact the VOTING RIGHTS ACT to secure the ballot box, guarantee ease of access, availability for all citizens nationwide. Remove voting from political influence and purchased allegiance. 3. Outlaw Lobbying: Close K Street and the Banking/Defense/Medical/Congressional revolving door that breeds systematic political bribery, delayed promises of employment, hiring of family members. Register for public disclosure all meetings between elected officials and their employees. 4. Restore Banks & Regulate Wall Street: Restore Glass-Steagall, Tax Financial Transactions, Breakup the Big Banks. Too big to fail and too big to prosecute means too big to allow, risk or tolerate. Outlaw commodity ownership by hedge funds. 5. Prosecute Financial Crimes as Crimes: Mandate Jail-time for big and repeat offenders, enact a Corporate Death Penalty for egregious repeat offenders, and mandate full disclosure all regulatory settlements, on public media. 6. Get the Greed Out of Politics with Political Campaign Finance Reform: Full Financial Disclosure for all PACs and NPOs, Set strict donation limits and Publicly Finance State and Federal Political Campaigns, establish equitable Non-partisan Congressional District Reform to end gerrymandering. 7. Simplify the Tax Code with incentives for First Homes and Education: Tax All Income at same progressive rates, Close Corporate Loopholes, Keep Deductions on First Homes, add Student Loan Deduction. 8. Guarantee Workplace Rights: Equitably Adjust and Index the Minimum Wage, Mandate Equal Pay for Women, guarantee Workers Right to Organize. 9. Establish Smart Grid based on Neighborhood Energy Production: Fund and Implement Home Solar Expansion, Build the Smart Grid and Mandate Peak Time Solar Buy-back Rates to promote decentralized green energy production. 10. Guarantee Human and Health Rights: Reestablish oversight of NSA and reverse the militarization of local police forces, establish basic Medicare for All with Reproductive Rights, enact Real Immigration reform with dignity and citizenship. 11. End the War on Drugs: Treat Addiction Medically, End Jail for Minor Drug Offenses, Accurately Reclassify Marijuana as Class 3 narcotic, and release all nonviolent marijuana offenders. 12. End Prisons for Profit: Don't outsource Justice. Justice is our Public Duty and cannot be responsibly assigned for money. Lack of money is not a crime and must never cause incarceration.89 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Michael Gorse

Governor Sean Parnell's proposal to give more tax breaks to the oil industryTHESE ARE THE COMMENTS OF EVERYDAY ALASKAN CITIZENS ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Every day hundreds and hundreds of barrels of propane are re-injected back into the ground by Big Oil. Harold Heinze, working for public interest, tried to get BP and the others to sell this cheap propane so Alaskans could have cheap, easily transportable and store-able energy. Big Oil said "Nope". Parnell was asked to get involved. (Check the public records- its there.) Parnell refused. Heinze took the case to the AOGCC and asked them for help... it violates the Alaska Constitution to waste a natural resource as BP, et el, do on a daily basis. AOGCC is 'studying' the issue... Parnell refused to act, even when many residents here do not have affordable, clean energy, or even clean air. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ If Alaska had not given away their oil for 20 years we would have a Savings Account or Permanent Fund like Norways's of $400 Billion not $40! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BP has had two recent fires [Cherry Point Refinery & GC#2-Nslope]. These fires are a symptom of packing too much propane into the crude-cheatoil. BP sells 144,000gpd of propane at Cherry Point for $1.21/gal. BP would rather burn off 272,000tons of propane in the Valdez waste incinerator than let Alaskans have any access to our heritage propane resource. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ HB-9 ensures AGDC destroys the voter created ANGDA- and the All Alaska Gasline. HB-09 also conceals deals AGDC might cut, and exempts AGDC from regulatory and judicial review. This is needed so Alaskans pay the outside owners of this boondoggle an estimated $420 million dollars per year. Even worse (how could this be possible?) AGDC ignores the fact that a 200 year supply of natural gas exists in Cook Inlet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Want to solve the problem? Stop having pipe dreams and cut the price of royalty crude going in to the local refiners. Crude at $120 per 42 gallon barrel results in a $2.857 per gallon hidden royalty oil tax ON each $4.00 gallon of fuel oil. When a household buys 1,000 gallons of heating oil the state tax is $2,857. Also, the state royalty oil tax is more than doubling GVEA customer's electric bill. By the way, Gasoline in Saudi Arabia is 60 cents per gallon. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This a totally insane power grab to create a vertically integrated gas-monopoly with no opportunity for regulatory oversight and operating in secrecy under HB189 blanket confidentiality clause. Who's doing the monkeywrenching here in Hawkers office??: SAIC [look for SAIC & RW-Beck in here..] http://www.gasline.us.com/category/request-for-proposals/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAIC_(company) http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/capitalbusiness/saic-takes-232-million-charge-in-connection-with-troubled-program/2011/12/06/gIQAX3qdaO_story.html http://www.vanityfair.com/politics/features/2007/03/spyagency200703 I think many of the predatory bigwigs in Alaska have a mental health problem.6 of 100 SignaturesCreated by hazel smith

Term Limits for ALL PoliticiansIt seems like the government has become confused as to who they work for – that is the American people (not illegals, welfare recipients, nor themselves). 1. No Tenure/No Pension. All politicians collect a salary while in office and receive no pay when they are out of office. Being elected is NOT the gift that keeps on giving. 2. Congress, House of Representative, Senate, and Supreme Court Justices and the rest of the government (past, present & future) participate in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and will not be used for anything other than Social Security. 3. If you don’t pay into Social Security, you don’t get Social Security. No free rides for illegals or anyone else who chooses not to work. 4. Politicians can purchase their own retirement plan with their own salary, just as all Americans do, or they can just live on their Social Security. 5. Politicians will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Salary will rise by the lower of CPI or 3% or they can put it on the ballot for the people to vote on. 6. If unemployment is at 10% for a state, elected politicians lose 10% of their salary for failing us. The rate will be determined by averaging the percentages from three different, independent statistical companies and not from a government source which is always lower. 7. Government officials representing states with a low number of welfare recipients (below 10%) shall be rewarded with a yearly raise (while the low number is maintained). For each percent that the state reduces its welfare recipients, the officials shall receive a raise of 3 percent. 8. Politicians lose their current health care system and participate in the same health care system as the American people. Welcome to Obama-Care! Perhaps you should read it now. 9. All Politicians must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people. Drug testing should be mandatory and a convicted felon (who can’t vote by the way) cannot hold a government position. 10. All contracts with past and present Congressmen, Senators, House of Representatives and any other government politician are void effective immediately. The American people did not make this contract with them and do not wish to honor what they did not authorize. Politicians made all these contracts for themselves which will stop immediately, any and all future contracts will be placed on the ballot and voted on by the American people. 11. Term-Limits for ALL elected Politicians! Congress – Two (2) four-year terms; House of Representative – Two (2) four-year terms; Senate – Two (2) four-year terms; Supreme Court – Two (2) four-year terms. 12. While elected officials are in office, they shall NOT participate in fund-raising activities – they are there to work full-time, not solicit funds for their political party. 13. No life time salaries and benefits. When the elected official leaves office, all salaries and benefits stop. 14. A non-partisan, private audit company shall audit the government yearly. Let’s find out where the money is really going!24 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Marcine Lohman

Equality For AllNo one has been able to explain why young men and women serve in the U.S. Military for 20 years, risking their lives protecting freedom, and only get 50% of their pay. At the same time, politicians hold their political positions in the safe confines of the capital, protected by these same men and women, and receive full pay retirement after serving one term. It just does not make any sense. Recently, it was learned that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans. Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention. For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform ... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. The self-serving must stop. Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ." The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds) took only 3 months & 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple! The people demanded it. That was in 1971...before computers, before e-mail, before cell phones, etc. Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took 1 year or less to become the law of the land...all because of public pressure. Proposed Congressional Reform Act of 2011 1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when out of office. 2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose. 3. Congressmen can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do. 4. Congress will no longer vote itself a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%. 5. Congress loses its current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people. 6. Congress must equally abide by all laws it imposes on the American people. 7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/12. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.26 of 100 SignaturesCreated by William McCaughey III

Reopen JOSHUA ABOOD'S Case!We are calling for justice in the death of Joshua Abood. Joshua Abood died on June 10, 2020. His death was quickly and incorrectly ruled an “accidental drowning” despite overwhelming contradictions, legal violations, and missing evidence in both the medical and investigative record. We are demanding that this case be immediately reopened for a full and impartial forensic investigation. Violation of New York Law and Forensic Standards New York County Law §674 requires that suspicious or unattended deaths be referred to a board-certified forensic pathologist. The referral center for this region is Albany Medical Center’s Forensic Pathology Unit. Instead, Joshua’s autopsy was conducted at Ellis Hospital by a general pathologist (Bernard T. Ng, M.D.), in direct violation of this law. From the very beginning, the investigation was compromised. A Rushed and Deficient Autopsy The autopsy was completed in only 50 minutes .. an amount of time that is nowhere near enough for a suspicious death case. It failed to document critical basics: No lividity No rigor mortis No estimated time of death The drowning determination is also contradictory. Gross exam described “heavy, congested lungs with frothy fluid,” but the microscopic exam found “no intra-alveolar water.” This finding directly conflicts with drowning and was never explained. No diatom testing was performed, leaving open whether Joshua drowned in that body of water at all. Ignored and Downplayed Injuries The official photo log clearly shows “injury to skull” and “deformation on left hand.” These findings never appeared in the written report, which minimized them to “scratches” or left them out altogether. Police noted a shoulder bruise that was similarly downgraded. Defensive wounds on Joshua’s hands and human-like scratches on his chest were also ignored. These are not small details, they could be the difference between an accident and a homicide. Flawed Toxicology and Redacted Evidence Toxicology testing was limited to alcohol only. A voicemail from Marcus specifically mentioning cocaine was redacted from the record. Despite this, no comprehensive drug panel was performed. If drugs were involved, skipping testing and concealing details looks less like an investigation and more like a cover-up. Contradictory Witness Statements Three key witnesses - Tashawna, Gio, and Marcus - gave three entirely different sworn accounts. Who walked with who: all different. What Joshua was doing last: all different. How they got home: all different. These contradictions were never resolved, leaving the record unreliable and incomplete. Suppressed Camera Footage Case notes claimed Joshua was never seen after 12:06 am. That is false. Camera footage shows him twice more on the back porch, visibly unsettled and staring toward the Horseshoe where his body was later found. This evidence was either overlooked or deliberately left out. The Pattern is Clear Omissions. Contradictions. Redactions. A rushed autopsy done by the wrong doctor in the wrong facility. A case closed before toxicology and histology were complete. This is not justice. This is not transparency. We urge Governor Kathy Hochul and District Attorney David Soares to reopen the investigation into Joshua Abood’s death immediately. The public deserves answers, Joshua’s family deserves the truth, and this case deserves a proper forensic review.634 of 800 SignaturesCreated by The518 Veil

Hold Washington and Wall Street Accountable Under the Rule of Law: Justice for the American People.Washington and Wall Street have violated fundamental legal principles relating to money, credit, trust and confidence in banking that are 4,000 years old. Washington and Wall Street have breached the legal duties and standards of care governing money and banking that are nearly 2,000 years old. These violations caused the financial crisis. These same legal principles, duties, standards of care and laws exist today and may be enforced by the United States Department of Justice. These legal principles, duties and standards of care are so important, they are firmly enshrined in ancient Anglo-American common law, the United States Constitution and in United States federal statutory civil and criminal law. The Department of Justice has failed and refused to enforce the American rule of law. These legal principles, duties and standards of care are so important that they may be enforced by the private legal action of the American people. These legal principles, duties and standards of care are so important that federal law provides for the recovery of treble damages by the American people. According to the government, Americans’ financial damages exceed $10 trillion. Globally, peoples’ financial damages exceed $40 trillion. Human suffering is inestimable and untold. One individual, acting alone, cannot bear the burden of the American public’s obligation to protect the people through legal enforcement of these fundamental principles and laws. MoveOn can, and I petition MoveOn, including its officers, principals and financial supporters, to mobilize the American public and assemble a war chest, dedicate its staff, organization and membership sufficient to take on the entrenched interests in Washington and Wall Street. MoveOn can, and I petition MoveOn to add its efforts and resources to well-informed and dedicated professional leadership to enable the American people to take action under the American rule of law to recover their damages; penalize wrongdoing by Washington and Wall Street; provide incentives to changed conduct; and deter further wrongdoing and damage to the American public by Washington and Wall Street. By granting and acting on this petition, MoveOn can exponentially increase its grass roots public, social media and organizational power and influence; harness the energy and talent of its activist base; and allow the group to break free of Washington dogma. MoveOn can and must demonstrate its commitment to not only effect change, it can actually contribute to the accountability and justice for the American people, the imposition of which is a condition to meaningful change in Washington and on Wall Street. MoveOn can and must contribute directly to the re-establishment of America’s fundamental values and help repair the shredded American social and economic fabric and has been wrenched asunder by Washington and Wall Street through the financial crisis.253 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Dr. G N Olson
