The New Mexico House of Representatives recently passed a bill giving its 5 Electoral College votes to the National Popular Vote Compact and I urge the New Mexico Senate to pass it as well as Gov. Grisham to sign it. The NPVC currently has the support of 172 Electoral votes, with 9 more soon to come from Colorado. Giving 5 more to the compact will put the country onestep coser to fair elections!

As a part of the Pflugerville Pfamily, we are wanting to stand up and protect the Pfluger Park playground/ playscape. Per the picture by the city of what the new playscape will look like, we want the new playground to be more kid-friendly for children between the ages of 1 to 8 years old. We want to steer away from the all-metal playscape that was proposed by The City of Pflugerville, which seems to only be suited for 10+-year-olds. Not to mention, with the hot Texas sun, the metal playscape can burn the kids. We want a place where kids can continue to use their imagination, play hide&seek, a safe climbing structure, slides, and multiply tubes. We want this to be a safe playscape, without taking away from the happiness and fun we have there and keep this park a happy place for our Pflugerville Pfamilies.

Do not build a $44 million jail. Please do everything possible to share a jail with Columbia County and save our tax dollars.

The Livestock Board is extremely corrupt, actually helping livestock rustlers, horse killers and violating US Code Title 42 Section 1982 Private Property by selling animals you own without your permission and taking legal possession and ownership in only five days, regardless of whether or not you were out of town or had knowledge of your animals being lost without due process of law guaranteed under the Constitution. NMLB would just as soon see a young horse go to the killers as to a good home, and makes no stipulations that each auctioned animal is given a chance to live with other bidders involved. The NMLB is a scar on the face of ranchers, farmers, pet owners, and society, and must be abolished.

Governor Christie: The State of New Jersey recently reached a $250 million settlement with Exxon to clean up petroleum contamination in the state. But a state appropriations law that you signed last year gives you the power to apply most if not all of the settlement towards balancing the state's budget. This money belongs to the people of New Jersey and we demand that it all be utilized to clean up the environment so that current and future generations can enjoy a more pristine Garden State.
