We the people of the United States believe in free speech and democracy. We have a representative government. In order to make certain that our representatives are beholden only to those they represent, we demand that any financial support for a political campaign be raised only from those eligible to vote for the candidate being donated to.

Truth in Campaigning. During times of elections, information that is presented to American voters needs to be factual, accurate, and based on the truth. Americans have a right to truth of information presented at times of elections so that informed and reasoned votes can be cast. Individuals, PACs, corporations, political party representations, or media pundants should be held accountable in representing accurate and factual information at all times. For those representatives who do not, civil actions and suit should be imposed on them with fines and penalties decided by a Court of law, where all monetary awards would be used to pay down the national debt.

Don't let corporate executives and their board of directors get away with it. Change the law so that they are legally responsible and liable for repairing any damage caused by the corporations they run.

End the senseless prohibition of marijuana and let those arrested for possession of any amount of marijuana out of the for profit prison system of slave labor for corporate America.

Put your energy into solving problems with the economy instead of trying to destroy our democracy.
