We urge you to support strong fiduciary standards for all retirement planning advisers, and to oppose any efforts to bury or delay new Department of Labor rules to require such advisers to put their clients’ interests first. The recent New Yorker article alerted the public to the sad fact that public television has eliminated "Citizen Koch" from the scheduled national broadcast – from fear of upsetting major PBS donor and billionaire David Koch. The Citizen Koch documentary by Academy Award-nominated filmmakers that tells the story of the overwhelming role of the Koch brother's right wing philosophy and money medling in American politics. As you probably know by now, 350,000 people nationally petitioned public television to air Citizen Koch. That petition was delivered to WNET in New York. Now it's your turn to demand the end of self-censorship. Bowing to the Republicans will not briung you peace ... or funding.

Erin Burnett, seemingly a secret "Republican operative," has repeatedly demonstrated a biased agenda, often co-opting Republican talking points, and apparently using her show to audition for a Fox news hosting slot. She's acknowledged lies by right-wing candidates and proceeded to embrace them. She now stars in an RNC attack ad against Democrats. We still hold out hope that CNN can remain a neutral news organization, yet Erin Burnett is demolishing that brand image. We insist that CNN fire Erin Burnett and hire an informative reporter willing to keep his or her political biases to themselves.

The evidence is irrefutable. Paul Gosar, Lauren Boebert, and Marjorie Taylor Greene, having voiced support for and helped facilitate the deadly insurrection on our nation’s Capitol on January 6th, 2021, are ineligible to hold future public office. When the new Congress convenes, a Member-elect of the House may challenge, under House procedures authorized by the Constitution, the qualifications of another Member-elect. We must urge them to do so. It's time to finally take responsibility and resign.

Representative Devin Nunes (R-CA) is unfit to serve as chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and must step down. He has undermined the integrity of his committee by hiding sensitive information from its members while running to the White House to show it to Donald Trump, a subject of the investigation. His actions are partisan and unprofessional, and he has proven himself unworthy of his position.

This would make it a misdemeanor for anyone to wear any type of hood or veil — including niqabs or hijabs — while driving and in public spaces.
