Mountainview Elementary is a community - we don't want the school and free after school program to close. Our school houses the District Programs which has the majority of the district's Special Needs kids, who would be detrimentally impacted by being redistricted to another school. We also house one of two free state licensed after school programs in our district.

Many large properties in Sullivan County currently are being taken off the property tax roles to encourage new development, which means the current homeowners will have to pay for the developer share for the next 21 years. Property owners are already overburdened paying 8-10% of assessed value, we need property tax equity for Sullivan County to thrive economically.

The Koch Brothers are actively trying to force President Obama to approve the oil/sand pipeline from Canada which I think is criminal. They are also most likely funding ALEC who is infiltrating all of our statehouses and our Congress and "suggesting" legislation to the detriment of decent Americans. These brothers need to be exposed for who they are.
