My friend colton was murdered 5 years ago while we searched desperately he loves this skate park when he was growing up, it has been where his friends and family gathered everyyear in a silent vigil hoping for his return. The Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act, signed into law July 2012, contains provisions for phased-in automatic premium rate increases for many policyholders. The flood map has been considerably increased adding homes that are not affected by wetlands to pay premiums too. Many areas of the country will be negatively affected by these actuarial risk-based premium rate increases that are anticipated to rise 20 to 25 percent each year for the next four to five years. Such increases will place tremendous burdens on the budgets of residents, that may lead to personal bankruptcy and foreclosure, decreased property values, diminish communities tax base, negatively affecting services including schools, Fire, Police Departments and towns’ vital infrastructure. Historically, profit has been a compelling motive to finance, create and mantain war. If War Profits were illegal, most wars would cease as the financing dried up. Profits on the manufacture or distribution of materials consumed by war efforts must be limited to 5% over cost of production and distribution. For such companies as produce or distribute such materials, officer salery and bonus pay should be limited to not more than the President of the country earns as official salery. If certain war materials are needed for the defence of the country, and are otherwize unavailable, then the government must arrange for the most efficient and effective production of such goods at minimum cost for the quality that is most effective for the purpose. This is to include all materials, including financing, that are consumed by war or the rebuilding afterward.
