Democratic members of the House and Senate have promised to unite in opposition to Mr. Trump's harmful goals of: "deconstructing our government", abolishing the Affordable Care Act, repudiating climate change, censoring the free press. I urge Democrats to show Mr. Trump that you will not condone his dishonesty and attacks on all of the policies that until now have made our Country Great. I believe the most powerful message that you can provide is to boycott Mr. Trump's address.

It is unjust to cut PBS, NEA, Meals on Wheels, heat assistance, etc., while the taxpayers pay 3.3 MILLION (16.5 MILLION so far) for Trump to play golf in FL. We want a Bill that sets a cap on government spending for Presidential vacations and non-essential trips, based on past Presidential outlays. Everything over that cap will be the responsibility of the President.

The Mueller Report which was released in April of 2019 established that Trump Obstructed Justice on at least 10 occasions. Within one month of taking office, the Merrick Garland DOJ should have filed charges against Trump for Obstruction of Justice and arrested him for those offenses. Nixon's Attorney General John Mitchell was Arrested & Convicted for the very same offense of Obstruction of Justice in 1977 and served 19 months in Prison. There's no excuse for Merrick Garland's DOJ failing to hold Trump accountable as well. Garland’s Justice Department failed to reverse one of the most egregious abuses of the William Barr DOJ ... the legal defense of Trump in the defamation suit filed by magazine columnist E. Jean Carroll. Also refusing to release the FULL unredacted Mueller Report to the public detailing Trump’s Obstruction of Justice is an outrage, because tax payers paid for it and has a right to see it. We're supposed to have a government which is "Of the people, for the people and by the people". White House ethics attorney Richard Painter and Claire Finkelstein, a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania listed the following as potential crimes Trump committed; (1) Obstructing justice as identified in the Mueller investigation. (2) Bribing and/or extorting Ukraine with military aid to investigate his political opponent Joe Biden and conduct another investigation undermining the Mueller investigation. (3) Coercing cabinet members and other federal employees to engage in partisan political activity in violation of the criminal political coercion provisions of the Hatch Act. (4) Soliciting election fraud in a phone call to the Georgia Secretary of State in November 2020. (5) Criminal sedition in authorizing preparation of the unsigned draft Executive Order dated December 16, 2020 pursuant to which President Trump would have ordered the Secretary of Defense to seize voting machines in certain states to look for evidence of election fraud. (6) Inciting insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. These alleged politically-related crimes are over and above the financial crimes being investigated by the Manhattan DA, who has already indicted the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer. In addition to the above crimes, numerous sources recently revealed that Trump destroyed & removed top secret documents from the White House, violating the Presidential Records Act. Former Federal Prosecutor Glenn Kirschner stated that Failure to Prosecute could be a CRIME in itself... a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 3 "Accessory after the fact". "Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact". Failing to Arrest and Prosecute Trump for his numerous crimes is giving him preferential treatment and proving there's Two (2) Justice Systems in the United States; one where the RICH and POWERFUL are above the law, and another for everyone else. The American people DEMANDS JUSTICE and ACCOUNTABILITY for Trump - NOW. Mr. Garland, do your job and Arrest / Prosecute Trump for his numerous crimes immediately or RESIGN.

The 14th Amendment is clear: EVERY one of us should count in our Census and our democracy. You can't pick and choose who counts to serve your political agenda. We condemn your clearly unconstitutional executive order that would rig the U.S. Census and undermine our right to fair representation in our government.

UPDATE: The Supreme Court just gave the green light for Trump to end birthright citizenship. This ruling opens the door to one of the most dangerous rollbacks of civil rights in modern U.S. history. By allowing Trump's EO to end birthright citizenship to be decided by the federal courts in select parts of the country, SCOTUS has greenlit creating a two-tiered system of citizenship. But it doesn't have to end here. Ultimately, federal courts will have to rule on birthright citizenship, and if they rule to overturn it, it will be up to Congress to block these unconstitutional grabs at our rights ———————————————————————————————— One of Donalds Trump's first acts after being inaugurated was an assault on the Constitution, recklessly challenging birthright citizenship and reopening the question of who qualifies as an American citizen. This dangerous and unprecedented order undermines our fundamental rights and jeopardizes the security and dignity of every person in this country.  Birthright citizenship is protected under the 14th Amendment, and our Constitution is explicit: All children born in the U.S. are citizens.  Trump knows birthright citizenship is protected. This is another inflammatory effort by Trump and MAGA loyalists to distract from their real agenda of enriching themselves and those in their inner circle.  Anybody born in this country deserves to be here as much as anyone else. And our friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers, and loved ones living in this country—regardless of their citizenship status—belong and are welcome here.  Add your name to protect birthright citizenship and demand that Congress, state and local elected leadership, and the courts fight back against this blatantly unconstitutional executive order!

Citizens arrest of Donald Trump for inciting violence. Inciting violence: The purpose is to criminalise threats or the incitement of violence against racial or religious groups. Criminal liability will attach only to specific forms of behaviour threats to cause physical harm, threats to cause physical damage, and incitement to commit violence or damage property. Donald Trump has once again shown a flagrant disregard for the rule of law -- by commuting his former campaign advisor Roger Stone’s sentence. Stone was convicted as part of the Mueller investigation of repeatedly lying to Congress and threatening a witness. Congress must immediately investigate whether Trump’s commutation involves illegal obstruction of justice, witness tampering, or even bribery.

Donald Trump uses social media to spread lies that undermine democracy and incite violence. Facebook and Twitter were right to remove him from their platforms for the good of public safety. They owe it to their users, advertisers, and the public good to stand by that decision. Don't give Trump back a platform to promote hate and violence.

Donald Trump lost the popular vote by more than 2.6 million votes. He does NOT have a mandate to enact an extremist agenda. But with his cabinet nominations, he's showing us that that’s exactly what he intends to do. The Senate must stand up for American families, and speak out against Donald Trump’s anti-family appointees. Do NOT rubber-stamp Trump’s outrageous appointments!
