Republican U.S. Rep. Bob Good of Virginia's 5th Congressional District has committed treason by attacking our Democratic institutions and our constitution to which he pledged an oath to defend and attempted to overthrow the government. Members of Congress who commit treason and encourage insurrection are not fit to remain in office and serve the people. His own Chief of Staff and her husband participated in "The Trump Mob" that attacked the U.S. Capitol. I would like the Hon. Nancy Pelosi to start the process to expel Rep. Bob Good from the U.S. Congress.

Effective 2020, all candidates for President and Vice-President of the United States shall make public at least 5 of their most recent tax returns as a condition for having their names placed on the state ballot.

Less than five years ago, snowmobile trail Corridor 5, a trail that starts in Hinsdale and ends at the Canadian border in Pittsburg, (the most traveled trail in the State) was rerouted just north of Diamond Pond. The new trail goes up and over Dead Water Ridge on land managed by Wagner Forest Management, LTD. So, what is the problem? The trail up over Dead Water Ridge was clear cut by Wagner and is on dirt/mud/ledge. It will not sustain vegetation, such as grass. Additionally, because it is along a clearcut area on the top of a ridge, the sun and the wind remove all the snow. Dirt/mud getting in the sliders of machines ruins them and the skis and the carbides take a beating., not something that snowmobilers want to happen!  So, what is the solution? Move the trail back on Roy Road, but unfortunately, now it is plowed, but could be used but similar results to what happens up on Dead Water Ridge. A better solution would be to cut a new trail along the North side of Roy Road. (This puts the trail back to where it originally was, but moves it further back, off the edge of the road). The Swift Diamond Riders Snowmobile Club President, Jeff Haynes, is fully supportive of this proposal, as running the Snowcats/groomers on the dirt/mud on the current trail damages the Club's equipment.  What are the barriers to accomplishing this? The proposed rerouting goes on Connecticut Lakes Headwaters Property (CLHP), 146,500 acres, that is owned by Bluesource Sustainable Forest Company (BSFC). The State of New Hampshire owns the recreational rights and roads on the property.  To reroute this trail, we need to obtain BSFC's permission.  Who is Bluesource Sustainable Forest Company?   They are in the business of "managing former timberland to maximize carbon and ecological benefits." My son James has been the owner an Operator for a small trucking business for 8 years, never been in any trouble. He has always been a model citizen, he has a wife and two children 3 yrs old and 17 yrs old. James was arrested 01-22-2011, in Arizona for possession of Marijuana. After being placed on probation which in a sense he was forced to plead guilty after being 5 minutes late to a phone appearance, The Judge place a bench warrant for 120,000 cash bond and told his attorney she was going to put him in jail unless he took a deal so he plead Guilty to marijuana. James was placed on probation 01-12-2015 and then he did an interstate compact transfer to California. After being on probation for almost 1 year California probation fabricated and told the courts he never reported, so the courts issued a warrant for Absconding. When they found out he had all his records to prove he did in fact report they then said it was because he did an address change without permission. James had permission from California probation, but the Yavapai Superior courts said "he should have gotten permission, from Arizona. At any rate its a non-violent case and the violation is minor why 5 years in prison. The Jugde is running for her seat and James is the only African American in her courts and I hate to say it but I hav'nt seen her do any one like him and he is not getting his due process of law. He ask the public defender to get his file from probation, he said it wont matter, he cant get any attorney to represent him we have been to 13 Law firm no one wants to defend him in her courts. A lot of his constitutional rights have been violated and he was also threatened by probation. James was told by probation that if he did'nt lower his voice he would be pounced on and not make it out alive my son feared for his life, He put the statement on court records and the Judge said "probation can do what they want to do. HELP
