As an adult I am required to have on a seat belt as are all my children. Why is it that school buses carrying many children are not required to have them also. Seat be;ts would keep the children in their seats, sitting down and would prevent the schools from over loading the buses
Why is this important?
My grandkids ride an overcrowded school bus. Seat belts would not only prevent the school systems from overcrowding the bus but keep children in their seats properly.
