Why is this important?
Our neighborhood has been cleared of more than forty trees. Once a tree lined neighborhood where people enjoyed walking through, now it has been transformed. There is no shade and the sidewalks are patched with the repair work. I am petitioning the town to replace these trees. I have tried to talk directly with the town supervisor and highway superintendent and keep getting their staff telling me how there is nothing that can be done. We pay taxes to improve our neighborhood not destroy them. Please support this petition to show our resolve. There is strength in numbers
