We Are Done With Senate Bill 161! The proposed bill does nothing to benefit injured Delawareans, it simply makes insurance companies more profitable by denying access to quality care and does not reduce insurance premiums paid by Delaware citizens. Furthermore, this will result in large scale job loss and decrease tax revenue in the State of Delaware.
Why is this important?
This bill is an attack on patient rights; giving the authority over patient treatment to the insurance company instead of the injured party or healthcare practicioner . NEVER does this bill promise to reduce rates on behalf of citizens but simply limits their benefits.
