Senate: Pass the DISCLOSE Act now!

Senate Democrats are bringing back transparency regulation legislation, the DISCLOSE Act, and after the Citizens United 2.0 ruling with McCutcheon v. FEC, political transparency is going to need all the help it can get.

The DISCLOSE Act would require all organizations that spend $10,000 or more on election ads to publicly identify all their donors, pushing campaign finance reform in the right direction by dragging shady money into the light.

Call on the Senate to back the DISCLOSE Act now!

Why is this important?

Before we push through a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United and McCutcheon, we're going to need a transparency bill to reveal just how much money is corrupting our politics.
