Neither Senator Capito or Senator Manchin plans on holding any of their own town-hall meetings, but we have questions and concerns that cannot be addressed by staffers or voicemails. Our senators work for us and we demand our voices be heard!
Why is this important?
It is absolutely imperative that our representatives listen to the concerns of their constituents. If we don't hold them accountable and make them hear our voices, then we are not doing our part as responsible citizens. Government is for and by the people.
