We the People of the various states seek a fair and just remedy to Representatives of the People falling victim to Alzimer's Disease or senility. There comes a time to call it quits.
We call for a mechanism to be established to remove those unfortunate victims from office in a dignified way.
Why is this important?
There have been serious questions raised about the mental state of some of the more "senior" members of the Legislature.
This Act would allow Congress or the Executive to initiate proceedings to replace those representatives deemed "impaired" by special election.
