Many of our health care providers receive low payment for services under Medicare limitation.
If you continue to lower their payment, older adults will have difficulty keeping their physicians and specialist. This is unfair to many older Americans.
Why is this important?
As an older adult, I am very concerned about the future of my health care benefits under Medicare assignment. Many senior citizens who have chronic issues will find themselves without professional assistance.
In addition, the "Golden Years" can be tarnished with health issues
that need professional guidance.
Recently in our local newspaper, a surgeon wrote regarding this issue as it relates to him/her making wise choices in continuing his professional services to those most vunerable.
