Studies show that MOST elementary homeroom teachers are not comfortable delivering math content. Math should be a taught in a separate classroom and aby a separate teacher, just as it was when I was in mid to late 80's.
Why is this important?
I am starting this petition because American youth must have the best chance of receiving a solid math education during grade school years.
