Donzell made a mistake at 14 which has landed him in prison since 1997. He didn't kill anyone he simply made the mistake of a youth trying to impress older peers. He served his time. Enough is Enough!
Why is this important?
My brother-in-law was 14 years old when me made the mistake of robbery. He will be turning 32 this month. He was the first 14 year old in Ohio tried as an adult. He is not even eligible for patrol.
