Sewage treatment!

The treatment plant under the management of U.M.G. in Pikeville, Ky is not properly managed. The plant releases a smell of raw sewage so strong it can literally prevent you from being able to draw a breath. It is fact that if you can smell something, there are particles of it in the air. These particles of raw sewage are being inhaled by our children. There is no way that breathing fecal matter at that scale for a number of year has to be detrimental to the health of our children. I like the fact that there is a new school set to open in August of 2013, it is imperative that something be done with this plant before we are force to see what the affects of long term exposer to the fumes of raw sewage does to our children.
