Members of the House of Representatives and the Senate stood and fought to get our votes in order to represent the constituents and represent the majority will of the country. They have not done this at all. Why should they be paid during the shutdown?
Why is this important?
I am frustrated with inaction by the House and the Senate. All of them have not collectively represented the needs and welfare of our country.
