Share The roads

Create safer roads for bicyclers and pedestrians by passing laws to enforce a shared road for all.

Why is this important?

I was recently a victim of a hit and run while riding my bicycle on Towana Road. I think the shoulders and roads over there need to expand to allow the flow of traffic along with bicyclers and pedestrians. I also think it is time for Richmond to pass a law mandating that three feet should be the minimum distance when passing a bike, expand the "following too closely" law to include following bicyclers, and that bicycle lanes be expanded throughout the city.
